Yulia Heaton, BSc (Hons), DipDSY, LicAc, MBAcC, MIHHT, has been practicing yoga since 1998.
A practicing Traditional Chinese Acupuncturist, she has been teaching yoga for 15 years and has been part of the Devon School of Yoga 200hr Teacher Training & 500hr Yoga Therapy faculty from 2003-2014.

Chris Croft has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for over 15 years, teaching, both in the UK and internationally, for the last 10 years. With over 900 hours of training in the UK, US, India, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Nepal, he leads workshops, Intensives and retreats in the UK and Europe.
Chris is a founder and co-director of The Ashtanga Yoga Workshop.
Keef has studied widely in many different approaches to yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Anusara (1000+hours) and Integrative Yoga therapy. He regularly teach in London at TriYoga, The Life Centre and other yoga studios. He also has a thorough grounding in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and yoga therapy.
Saghar Amozgar, Persian in origin, studied and travelled in India for 8 years. Saghar has been fortunate to live in the close neighbourhood of BKS Iyengar, Ashram in Pune, and so she practiced her yoga there with the master himself. She later graduated as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher having completed her Teacher Training in 2004 and since then she has been teaching in the UK and Iran.

Cassandra Collins is an internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher registered with the IKYTA. An instinctive enthusiasm for nature, nutrition and healthy living meant it was just a matter of time before she discovered yoga and embraced it as a life style. Cass completed her Hatha teacher training in 2008 and realized a long cherished dream by opening her own studio in Johannesburg South Africa. She recently relocated to the UK to be closer to her family.
Sarah Mathews is the founder of Pure Balance Studios and has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. Sarah has taught in the UK and overseas for the last 15 years and is an internationally certified teacher with over 5000 hours of teaching experience, specialising in Hatha Vinyasa. Sarah’s background also includes FD Sport Science, A&P, MIM (Mobility Injury Management) along with a range of in depth bodywork therapies & healing.
