A safe and beautiful space to deeply experience and explore the full spectrum of our Being within the loving acceptance and true presence of other women.
In a safe and beautiful space shared with other women, we will have deep and embodied exploration of the topics of this monthly workshops through traditional women`s practices, guided meditation, dance, movement and modern inquiry techniques. Each workshop is created to be aligned with the year`s natural cycles. There will be a handout in the end with some further practices that you can take home and enjoy in your own time. You will be also given access to Arinna Circle FB Group, an ongoing (virtual) circle, to share your processes and stories in a safe and supportive space if you wish so.
To those who is new to the Women`s Temple, we call our space Temple because we see our being as sacred and therefore we hold our space as a temple that is welcoming, beautiful, soft and with clear guidelines so we can all feel safe to relax and open into our own being and our Feminine essence to embrace and celebrate it.
On the day, please wear comfortable cloths and bring with you a notebook and a pen. Drinking water will be provided. If you wish to stay for a warm drink and a light snack in the end you are welcome!
All workshops are open to all adult women from any background and experience (or no experience). If you have any physical requirements please contact Aslihan Almila to discuss how we can support you on this.
