A nidra workshop to relax deeply, access liminal space and identify the interior aspects to work with this winter season

It’s the ‘Thin Time’ of the year: with the darkening days our memory, dreaming, shadow selves and the whole cast of our inner life come to the surface. Yoga Nidra helps us access the liminal spaces, the places in between. In this workshop you can identify the interior aspects you wish to work with this winter season.

Yoga nidra is a guided lying down meditation practice that brings deep relaxation and allows you to work creatively with the subconscious.

This is a workshop for anyone, including those new to yoga or yoga nidra. In this afternoon workshop being ‘able’ is more about the willingness to go within and use the breath than trained physical strength or flexibility. Experienced practitioners will have a chance to explore nidra more deeply.

This afternoon workshop 3 - 6pm includes:

  • gentle, breath-focused yoga
  • sankalpa workshop
  • 40-minute yoga nidra
  • tea and post-nidra snack to earth you before going back into the outside world
