Learn the Basics of Aerial Yoga
If you’re new to Aerial yoga this is a perfect place to start your journey. These short 4-week courses are open to all levels and will offer an introduction to the this amazing practice. Each week you will learn new techniques and play with fun ways to utilise gravity to your advantage. This will include different ways to enter and exit the hammock, how to use it to assist you in a variety of standing and sitting postures, and eventually even some simple inversions (getting upside down!). Variations tailored to your ability will be offered so that you can respect needs of your body on any particular day.
These courses are very popular and spaces are limited to 7 students.
Please Note. Because the practice usually involves some upside down time and as with most forms of exercise, is not advisable with some conditions such as high blood pressure, heart condition, or pregnancy unless approved by your GP.
