The Yoga Studio

Located in the West Quarter of Central Exeter, The Exeter Yoga Workshop is Exeter’s first purpose built yoga studio. It is a unique space, lovingly crafted from the finest sustainable materials and cutting-edge technology, providing an ambience found nowhere else in the area, and rarely found outside of London.

Founded in 2014, with a vision to build, not just a place to practice yoga, but a network of like-minded people – a unique space for Exeter’s yoga community to make their home away from home.

The Yoga Studio

Tucked away in the centre of a bustling modern city this state-of-the-art ground floor studio offers the perfect environment to practice yoga. The specially engineered bamboo floor provides a solid and deeply grounding base, while eleven infrared heating panels heat your inner core like the sun and the ambient lighting design creates a warm and calming mood for your favourite class.

Located on a quiet side street in central Exeter, our building was previously a storage workshop for the local toy shop and is over 100yrs old. Now, after an extensive refit and hours and hours of love, our beautiful yoga studio can accommodate over 35 yoga mats for yoga classes and workshops, and 60-70 seated for talks, concerts and kirtans.

Hiring the Studio

Our fully equipped Studio space is available for other teachers/therapists to hire at very competitive rates.

Yoga Classes

Our timetable of yoga classes includes morning, lunchtime and evening yoga classes for all diaries, abilities and budgets.

Exeter Yoga Workshop also offers Exeter’s only daily morning Mysore Ashtanga Yoga programme.
